Mickie is really just a guy, I´m not sure what else to say. He likes fishing and chatting with friends about sports events. He´s the kind of guy to ask how the weather is to start a conversation. He doesn´t know what he´s doing here.
During Vivid Springs
Mickie was made because the creators of Vivid Springs thought it´d be funny to add a character who´s purpose is to be the boringest organism alive and i'd say they succeded in that regard. Nobody really cared or even knew about his existence, mentioning him would likely garner a confused reaction or a ¨Who?¨ from others.
Post Vivid Springs
He´s a little less irrelevant, I mean, a few people remember him. Cookie really likes him, and Beckie is good friends with him at least.
